- Our next course will be on Friday-Saturday, Oct. 31-Nov. 1, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM. Our topic will be on Anesthesia and Pain Control; our speaker will be Dr. Gary Cuttrell, DDS, JD. Dr. Cuttrell is a general dentist and an anesthesiologist at the University of New Mexico’s Division of Dental Services. The courses are always held at the Esthetic Dental Arts Continuing Education facility at 4630 Eubank NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111.
